One person who delivers the most new fans at 5000 fans will receive one free maternity, children, family or boudoir portrait session.
One person who delivers the most new fans at 7500 fans will receive one free small business promo or event session, or birthday/anniversary session.
One person who delivers the most new fans at 10,000 fans will receive one free wedding photography service.
Both current and new fans must follow these two steps to participate:

You will simply need to send out a quick "share" email by doing the following:

Click on that link and a pop-up window will open that takes you to the list of your FaceBook friends.

Then add a personal note, such as:
"Joanne Bartone Photographer is a wonderful photographer that I know who is trying to gain exposure and expand her client base. I'm helping her do that by asking you to become a fan of her work on FaceBook. There is no obligation for you to use her services at any time and it costs you nothing, but if I bring her the most fans in helping her reach her fan goals, I'm eligible to be chosen for free wedding / family portrait / maternity (choose one) photography services! And once you become a fan, you become eligible to be awarded the same free services too! Please become a fan of Joanne Bartone Photography. Thank you!" ...or something similar.
I'm going to need proof of who sent whom to become a fan of my work in order to award the services, so HERE'S WHAT NEW FANS WILL NEED TO DO TO TELL ME WHO SENT THEM:
2. ONCE SOMEONE BECOMES A NEW FAN OF Joanne Bartone Photography ON FaceBook THEY WILL NEED TO:
* Click HERE to fill out and send my contact form as follows:
* Complete all required information on the form: name, email address, event date: 12.31.09, how you found me: FB PROMO.
* SUBJECT: NEW FB FAN.
* MESSAGE: give the name of the person who asked you to become my fan!
* Click the "Submit" button to send the information.
THAT 2ND STEP IS CRITICAL!
BE SURE TO COPY AND PASTE the asterisked (*) info into your personal email message to your FaceBook friends so the new fans you deliver can be totaled to determine how many fans you brought to me! These emails will be filtered to determine who the top fan promoters were so they will be eligible for the free photography services. Again, new fans become eligible for the free photography promotion too by encouraging their friends to become fans in the same way! It's a win-win opportunity for everyone!
BONUS: in addition to providing free photography services for an eligible participant, for the person who brings me the most fans propelling me to reach 10,000 fans and in honor of October being breast cancer awareness month, I will make a donation to the Susan G. Koman for the Cure Foundation.
I have a list of my current Joanne Bartone Photography Fans on FaceBook, so I know who is there as of today's date: 10.06.2009 = 192 fans total. It wouldn't take much to reach the fan goals. If each of my current Joanne Bartone Photography fans brought me only 27 additional fans I'd get beyond my goal of 5000+ fans easily. Or, if each of my current fans brought me 52 additional fans, I'd reach 9900+ fans! And, as new fans come in, they are eligible to participate in the promotion too, so theoretically a goal of 10k fans is very reachable!

NOTICES + DISCLAIMERS:
To be eligible to be chosen for the free photography services, the following applies:
1. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Free Photography via FaceBook Promotion and only one service will be awarded to one person per fan goals reached as outlined.
2. Your event must fall on a date where Joanne is available to provide photographic services. If your event falls on a date when Joanne is unavailable in 2010 or 2011, you would agree that the free photography service would be transferred to a future available date and/or an alternate service.
3. In the event of a tie where two or more current fans have delivered the same number of new fans, their names will be placed into a random drawing to determine the winner.
4. New Fans must remain fans until 12/31/2010 and agree to receive FaceBook fan page updates/emails from Joanne Bartone Photography during that time. After that time if they wish to be removed from the fan list they may make a request via email to Joanne Bartone. Fan removal prior to 12.31.2010 renders the winning fan ineligible to be awarded free photography services.
5. This offer only includes the one time provision of time and talent of Joanne Bartone Photographer. If the winner resides outside of Pittsburgh, PA, please be advised that costs associated with travel and lodging to provide photography will be required in order for Joanne to provide said services as awarded.
6. Because there is no way to determine if a person became a fan on their own, or before the start of this promotion, the count of current fans bringing on new fans begins on 10.06.2009 and after.
7. Only one award will be given per category when 5000, 7500 and 10,000 fans are reached as outlined above and those awards will be announced on December 31, 2009, or sooner if the fan base goal of 10,000 fans for Joanne Bartone Photography on FaceBook is reached before that date.
8. Once free photography services are provided photographs will be posted in an on-line gallery for the awardee to access. Products are not included as part of the original award, but may be added on later as incentives throughout the promotion.
9. Current 2010 or 2011 wedding clients who have already contracted with and submitted their Date Reservation Retainer to Joanne Bartone Photography are eligible to receive photography services free if the goal of 10,000 FaceBook fans is reached and these clients/fans have promoted the highest number of new FaceBook fans as outlined above. Photography service is limited to six-hours and products listed in the wedding agreement are separate and must be paid for in full before delivery.
10. The maximum fan base of 10,000 must be reached for the top award of free wedding photography services to be given.
11. If the goal of 5000 fans for Joanne Bartone Photography on FaceBook is not reached as outlined by 12.31.2009, the only award given will be a donation to the Susan G Koman for the Cure Foundation.

And remember, if you were a past wedding client of mine, my annual gift to you includes a Family Portrait Session where the first hour is free of sitting fees! However sessions are based on availability due to limited dates and times, so don't hesitate to reserve your space before it is lost!
If you'd prefer a more personalized service, you can elect to invest in a Home for the Holidays Family Portrait Session, or my Exclusive Legacy of Love Family Experience(TM) when all the family is together for the Holidays. YOUR MINI BOUDOIR GALA SESSION INCLUDES:
Each woman arrives with her hair styled as they wish to be photographed and receives:
Makeup applied by a Professional Makeup Artist.
Up to two outfit changes for the shoot.
30 minute Intimates/Boudoir Shoot with either Joanne or Elizabeth.
A 5x4 Gift Book that will be descretely delivered for the holiday of choice.
